How much does pressure cleaning cost in Wollongong?
Concrete pressure cleaning is $4 per m² including degreasing (GST included), or about $4.50 per m² for heavily stained or oily concrete needing extra degreasing and scrubbing. Pavers, other surfaces and small jobs are quoted separately, and every quote is a fixed price before we start.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes — all our quotes are completely free and obligation-free. Upload photos of the area or give us a call, and we'll provide a fixed price with no pressure to proceed.
What surfaces can you pressure clean?
We pressure clean concrete driveways, paths, patios, pavers, brick, retaining walls, pool surrounds and most hard outdoor surfaces. For delicate surfaces like render, painted walls and roof tiles, we use low-pressure soft washing instead.
Can you remove mould, algae and lichen?
Yes. We offer targeted mould and algae removal for roofs, walls, paths and outdoor surfaces using the appropriate method for each surface — whether that's pressure cleaning or soft washing with specialised treatments.
Do you clean tiled and Colorbond roofs?
Yes. We safely clean both terracotta-tile and Colorbond roofs using low-pressure treatment from above, applied with a long bent wand from securely positioned access equipment. We assess access and roof condition first.
What is concrete colour sealing?
Concrete colour sealing is a premium two-coat application that restores faded or stained concrete to a rich, even finish while protecting against oil, stains and UV damage. It's one of the most effective ways to transform an old driveway.
Can old or faded concrete be colour sealed?
In most cases, yes. We clean and prepare the surface first, then apply a premium two-coat colour sealer. Even heavily faded concrete can be restored to a like-new appearance.
How long before I can use my driveway after sealing?
We recommend keeping vehicles off a newly sealed driveway for 24–48 hours to allow the sealer to fully cure. We'll give you specific aftercare instructions for your job.
Do you service areas outside Wollongong?
We service the entire Illawarra region including Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Albion Park, Dapto, Figtree, Thirroul and Northern Illawarra. We also take on suitable jobs in the Southern Highlands, Nowra/Shoalhaven and Campbelltown/Macarthur areas. Availability for distant jobs depends on job size and scheduling — call to discuss.
