Information we collect

When you submit a quote or enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property address or suburb, the service and property type you are interested in, your message, and any optional photos you choose to upload. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess and quote the requested work, arrange the service if you proceed, and manage customer communications.

How enquiries are processed

Form enquiries are processed through our customer relationship and lead management platform, HighLevel / LeadConnector. You can read their privacy policy at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy. These providers may process data overseas.

Website usage statistics

If you choose Accept measurement, we use optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how our website is used and which ads bring enquiries. Your acceptance permits analytics and advertising measurement cookies and sharing ad-click identifiers and enquiry events with Google. Personalised advertising and Google Signals remain disabled. Measurement may include pages viewed, button clicks, scroll depth, form field names interacted with (never their contents), form attempts and validation errors, device and browser information, and approximate location, using cookies, and Google may process this information outside Australia. Measurement is not loaded until you accept. Our tracking code retains only valid Google ad-click identifiers from page query strings; other query values and all fragments are removed. Referrer query strings are removed. We do not send enquiry form contents to measurement. You can decline without affecting your ability to request a quote, and change your choice using the Measurement button. Withdrawing consent stops our measurement and reloads the page so the measurement tag is unloaded; it does not erase data already sent. For visitors who accept measurement after an eligible Google ad visit, a Google forwarding number may replace our website phone number. Calls still reach ClearView. Google measures call details such as time, duration and whether the call connected to help attribute enquiries. This does not enable call recording.

You can contact us to ask about the records we hold about you, or to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Please include enough details to help us identify your request. Identity checks may be needed before we release or change records, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. If you have a privacy concern, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it.
